GEOFF VOLKER & STEVE LEHRER: "FILLING & THE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT"

GEOFF VOLKER & STEVE LEHRER, co-pastors of New Covenant Bible Fellowship in Tempe, Arizona , will address the theme "THE FILLING & THE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT". Geoff & Steve are also the co-founders of In-Depth Studies , where Goeff is Director & Steve is Biblical Counselor.

The leading of the Spirit and the filling of the Spirit are phrases often used in evangelicalism today… "God led me to quit my job and become a missionary"... “God led me to Lisa and so I just know that she is the woman I should marry”... “Are you living a spirit filled Christian life?"... "Have you been filled with the Spirit?”

The leading of the Spirit is one of the most misunderstood and abused doctrines in evangelicalism today… How is it misunderstood? ...What is the leading of the Spirit? ...How is the leading of the Spirit related to the filling of the Spirit? ...What is the filling of the Spirit? ...Why are these doctrines important and what is the consequences of misunderstanding them? These are just some of the questions Geoff & Steve will seek to answer biblically during this broadcast.
